Hi everyone! I’m Lindsey Bloodworth, married to Christopher and mom to my best buddy Oliver! I’m a former high school English teacher that grew up near here in Arab, Alabama and have been in Birmingham for the past 13 years since finishing college at Samford University. After having Oliver, I really struggled with increasing my activity levels beyond a stroll in the neighborhood. I am someone that really needs the accountability of a group of people! And then I discovered FIT4MOM, which gave me a fantastic, supportive community, a great workout, accountability, and the chance to interact with my kid all at the same time.!

I’m excited to be a part of the Fit4Mom Birmingham team as a Stroller Strides instructor because it gives me a chance to blend my love for being active with the chance to connect with my kiddo and other moms! I look forward to helping moms connect with their own bodies, babies, and other mamas to keep growing our amazing community!
