Hello all! I’m Haley Nolen, wife to Jake, and mama to two little girls, Collins (3) and Lennon (1), and one son, River. I grew up in Boaz, Alabama, attended college at Auburn University, medical school at the University of South Alabama, and residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The Magic City has been home ever since!

I have always enjoyed playing sports and staying active, but found this increasingly hard to do after having my babies. Fit4Mom was the perfect match for me to feel like part of a team again, get a great workout, and bring my girls with me! I am so excited to be joining the Fit4Mom Birmingham team as an instructor, and look forward to showing all of the mamas out there what an awesome village we have!
